Only take contents and conclusion from the thesis to create the presentation from that, don‘t rewrite the thesis or try to compress it into the slides. Take the structure and best points for the defense of the thesis
Be positive about your work
Only use things/examples/topics you can explain in the presentation
Make more simple, colorful grafics especially for the presentation
Only 5-6 Points per slide, only keywords not sentence
Delimit own work and general theory
Practice the slide in front of friends at. least three times to gain confidence, let them time the presentation and use the colleagues to verify the technical understandig of the slides
Of you have a finished presentation Hold ist at your company early, behause you will probably get some feedback to include, so don‘t wait until the last day
I would not give a live demonstration if you want to show a system take screenshots or make a screencast as a video and use that
If you use a video make sure you are able to play it correctly at the location you present, assume no sound is available
